WP0 - Go-to-market strategy
The purpose of this WP is to combine all technical, environmental and financial competencies of OLiVer’s technologies in one concise Go-to-Market Strategy.
WP1 - Project Management
This WP has the objective to maintain the overall project coordination and management (general and technical), to ensure that the overall goal, milestones, deliverables and outcomes will be achieved at the proposed times throughout the entire duration of the project.
WP2- Dissemination and Communication Plan
The objective of this WP is to enhance communication and dissemination activities to maximize the impact of the OLiVer project.
WP3 - Advanced ore processing for sustainable lithium recovery
The aim of this WP is to: a. to characterize the Li concentrate samples through chemical and mineralogical analysis; b. to determine the optimum treatment conditions of Li concentrate with different inorganic additives, to maximize Li extraction.
WP4 - Crystallization of LHM from the more sustainable spodumene calcination and leaching process
The aim of this WP is to test the LHM crystallization with varying impurities and the demonstration of the crystallization of LHM.
WP5 - Valorization of Li crystallization wastewater stream in the current flowsheet
The aim of WP5 is to valorize the lithium crystallization wastewater stream within the current flowsheet using a Ti based high-performance lithium-ion sieve (LIS) system.
WP6 - Validation of the flowsheet in a LHM production campaign
Work Package 6 focuses on the validation of the technologies developed by each partner as part of an integrated flowsheet.
WP7 - LCA/TEA Lithium Products and process analysis
The aim of this WP is the Techno-Economic Assessment (TEA) and the Life Cycle Assessment of the lithium products.
